Return or refund eligibility may be affected if a product has been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned without its original packaging unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage.

Because exhaust products depend on model, year, variant, fitment, and product condition, every return or refund inquiry must be reviewed using the related order details and supporting evidence.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, scratched, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for return or refund unless approved through review.

Customers must provide accurate motorcycle make, model, engine size, and production year. Returns caused by incorrect customer-supplied fitment information may not be approved.

Refunds are processed only after the request, product condition, supporting evidence, and applicable return requirements have been reviewed and approved by JMR Racing.

Return shipping cost is reviewed according to the cause of the issue. Costs resulting from an approved JMR error or confirmed defect may be handled differently from customer selection mistakes.

If the package arrives damaged, customers should photograph the package and product before installation, retain the packaging, and contact JMR Racing as soon as possible.
